Getting in Gear
After having a blog account for several years, and not ever using it, I have decided that it is time to get started or get rid of it. This post is evidence of the decision that was made. The purpose of this blog will be to distribute health related information that is to be informational and hopefully entertaining.

-Chiropactic Physician since 2003
-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist 2003, 2009-Current
-Previous Business owner, Associate Chiropractor, Travel/Coverage Dr. and now budding business owner again.
I'm not one for talking about myself, so this will be it for introductions. Health and related topics will be coming soon.
